UK Gender Pay Gap
In April 2017, the UK Government Equalities Office (GEO) introduced new gender pay gap transparency regulations, which are designed to encourage employers to take informed action to close a gender pay gap where one exists. These regulations require UK employers across the private, public and social sectors to report their gender pay gap data.
